Our blog has received a complete overhaul.

The Sertifier Blog now features a clean, redesigned interface built to help you find strategy guides, industry insights, and technical tutorials more easily.

In addition to the new look, we’ve published a fresh batch of articles covering emerging trends in digital credentials, best practices, and actionable advice to help you maximize recipient engagement.

Expanded Real-Time Integration Notifications

Building on the system email notifications introduced last month, we’ve added targeted Integration Notifications.

The system now automatically alerts you the moment an issue is detected with any of your active integrations. This allows you to resolve technical disruptions immediately and keep your automated workflows running smoothly.

Credentialing Queue Optimizations

We have implemented major optimizations to our core credentialing queue, resulting in significantly faster issuance speeds.

These background processing updates mean that whether you are issuing a single certificate or launching a large-scale campaign with thousands of recipients, your digital badges and credentials will be processed, generated, and delivered to your learners more efficiently.

That wraps up our July updates.

We are committed to continually refining both our infrastructure speeds and our support resources to ensure your team has everything it needs to run a seamless credentialing program.
