Account Merging in Verified Wallets
We are thrilled to introduce a highly requested feature for your learners: the ability to merge separate Verified accounts.
Recipients can now connect different wallet accounts associated with multiple email addresses into a single, cohesive profile. This allows them to collect, view, and engage with all of their digital credentials from a single account. If your learners have earned certificates or badges across personal, academic, or professional emails, they can now manage their entire achievement history from one unified dashboard.
A Completely Refreshed Dashboard
We have completely updated the main Sertifier Dashboard to give you immediate access to quick actions and critical insights the moment you log into the platform.
The new layout allows you to jump straight into sending a certificate or badge, or use our native AI to quickly generate a new campaign from scratch. Additionally, you will find a consolidated summary of your core analytics at a single glance, allowing you to track your program’s performance without digging through multiple menus.
New System Email Notifications
To give you more visibility into your day-to-day operations, we have introduced real-time System Email Notifications.
On top of your customizable email digests, these system alerts keep you informed of critical milestones and structural updates instantly. You will now receive automatic notifications when:
- All credentials in a campaign have been successfully processed.
- Your recipient limit is running low or has completely run out.
This ensures you can maintain seamless automation and resolve potential bottlenecks before they impact your learners.
