Advanced Bulk PDF Downloads

We have relocated the Bulk Download PDF option to the Analytics > Credentials tab to provide a more powerful management experience.

By moving this feature, we are enabling users to utilize our advanced filters to isolate specific sets of credentials before downloading. Whether you need to generate PDFs for a specific date range, a particular course, or a unique recipient group, you can now filter your data first and download exactly what you need in one go.

New Customization Options for Verified

We have introduced several major updates to the Verified by Sertifier experience to give recipients more agency over their professional identity.

Recipients can now:

• Select from Resume Templates: Learners can choose a layout that best fits their industry or personal style.
• Customize Credential Order: Recipients have the flexibility to reorder their certificates and badges to highlight their most relevant achievements first.
• Create Share Links: Resumes can now be shared via dedicated links, making it easier to lead employers directly to a verified profile.
• Upload Larger Profile Photos: We have removed the size limit for profile pictures.

Based on extensive customer feedback, we are thrilled to announce that the Issuer Notifications feature will be available for all accounts starting next month.

This feature will empower admins to create and configure personalized notifications triggered by specific metrics and key recipient actions. This update is designed to help you stay more connected to your learners’ journeys and automate your outreach with even greater precision.
