Advanced Filters for Deeper Insights
You can now filter data in the Summary, Credentials, and Marketing & Ads tabs using system or custom attribute values, giving you more control and clarity than ever before.

New Integration: Sertifier Meets Enocta
We’re excited to announce our latest integration with Enocta.
With this integration, you can now trigger credential issuance directly from your Enocta platform, streamlining workflows and reducing manual steps.
This connection enhances learning-to-credentialing processes, ensuring your learners are recognized seamlessly and efficiently.
Expiry Reminders Tab in Analytics
Staying on top of expiring credentials just got easier. The new Expiry Reminders tab in Analytics gives you a centralized view of all credentials nearing expiration across your campaigns.
From this tab, you can quickly identify which recipients need a renewal reminder, and send it right away. It’s a simple way to maintain engagement and ensure your credentials stay relevant and top of mind.
Pathways: Coming This July
Get ready to take automation to the next level. With Pathways, you’ll soon be able to link credential campaigns together, automatically issuing new credentials based on what your recipients have already earned.
Whether it’s building learning journeys, skill trees, or multi-step programs, Pathways makes it easier to guide your recipients and reward progress in a structured, automated way.

Legacy Version Has Retired!
As we announced earlier, on June 26, 2025, the Legacy Version switch and Legacy Credential Flow were retired for all accounts created before December 31, 2024.
