As we step into 2026, we’re taking a moment to reflect on how 2025 helped shape Sertifier, our product, and our credentialing community.

This recap brings together the key milestones, platform enhancements, and lessons learned that moved us forward throughout 2025.

New Credential Flow and Pathways

In 2025, we focused on simplifying how credentials are created, structured, and automated.

We introduced a new credential campaign flow and officially retired the legacy version, creating a more flexible foundation for what came next. That foundation powered some of our biggest launches, including AI-Native Credential Creation, where certificate designs, credential details, and campaign settings can now be generated with a single prompt.

Later in the year, we took automation even further with Pathways. By linking credential campaigns together, you can now create structured learning journeys and automatically issue new credentials based on what recipients have already earned.

Explore New Sertifier Integrations

This year, Sertifier became easier to plug into your existing tools and workflows.

We expanded our integration ecosystem with Enocta and Typeform, making it simpler to connect learning activities, form submissions, and credential issuance. On top of that, our WordPress plugin received important updates to support smoother automation and more reliable delivery.

Advanced Analytics Filters

As credentialing programs grow, visibility matters.

In 2025, we introduced advanced analytics filters, allowing you to filter reports using system and custom attribute values. This made it easier to build more precise reports across Analytics.

Engagement and Expiry Reminders

Issuing a credential is just the beginning. This year, we added new ways to help credentials stay relevant and engaged over time.

With Engagement Reminders, you can send automated nudges to recipients who haven’t opened, viewed, or shared their credentials. And with Expiry Reminders, tracking upcoming expirations—and reminding recipients to renew—became a lot more proactive and organized.

Stronger Connections with Our Community

2025 was also about building stronger connections with our community.

We launched the Customer Portal, giving you a central place to access resources and reach your Customer Success Manager directly from the app. We also introduced the Customer Advisory Board, creating a space for customers to shape Sertifier’s roadmap through direct feedback.

To support growth beyond the platform, we rolled out our in-app referral system, making it easy to invite others and earn rewards along the way. And throughout the year, we shared four new case studies, highlighting how teams across different industries use Sertifier in real, impactful ways.

As we move into 2026, we’re excited to keep building smarter, more connected credentialing experiences.
