Monthly Newsletter | January 2026
We’ve been hard at work to improve one of the most important parts of credentialing: the experience your recipients have after a credential is issued.
This month’s updates focus on giving recipients more control, clearer ways to share their achievements, and a smoother, more intentional experience overall. Along the way, we also made a small but meaningful refinement based directly on customer feedback.
Here’s what’s new in January.
Resumes & Disclosures in Verified Wallet
Recipients can now securely create and share Resumes and Disclosures directly from their Verified account.
Instead of sharing certificates one by one, recipients can group selected credentials together and present them in a structured, professional format. They choose exactly which identity credentials, certificates, or badges to include and control how those credentials are shared with third parties.
Resumes allow recipients to build a permanent, shareable showcase of their achievements. Once created, a resume can be shared via a direct link, downloaded as a PDF, or accessed through a downloadable QR code that directs viewers to the resume page.
Disclosures, on the other hand, are designed for controlled, time-based sharing. Recipients can select specific credentials, set how long they should remain accessible, and generate a secure disclosure link or QR code.
Disclosures are ideal when credentials need to be shared temporarily while maintaining full control over visibility and access duration.
Together, Resumes and Disclosures give recipients flexible, secure ways to present their verified achievements.
Downloadable Digital Wallet Cards in Verified Wallet
Recipients can now generate their own Digital Wallet Card directly from Verified Wallet. This card provides instant access to a live, verification-enabled page that includes the recipient’s credentials. Instead of sharing individual links, recipients can use this single digital card to provide continuous access to their verified achievements. The Digital Wallet Card can be saved and used across physical and digital environments, allowing recipients to direct employers, institutions, or peers to an always-updated page of verifiable credentials. It’s a practical step toward making digital credentials more accessible, portable, and seamlessly integrated into everyday professional interactions.
Deletion Confirmation Updated
Based on customer feedback, we’ve updated the additional confirmation step when removing a recipient from a credential campaign.
This extra prompt helps prevent accidental deletions and ensures credentials are only removed when you’re absolutely sure. It’s a small change, but one that adds an extra layer of confidence and control when managing campaigns.
Earn Rewards With the In-App Referral System
A quick reminder that our in-app referral program is live.
You can invite others to Sertifier directly from your account and earn in-app credits when they sign up and make their first purchase. It’s an easy way to grow your network while getting rewarded for sharing Sertifier with teams who could benefit from digital credentials.
That wraps up our January updates.
As we head into 2026, we’ll continue focusing on improvements that make credentialing clearer, more flexible, and more meaningful for both issuers and recipients.
