Crello

Crello is one of the most popular web designers around and you can create different designs from custom Instagram posts to posters. It also offers a wide variety of certificate templates that you can easily use. There is one downside of using Crello; while there are a lot of different templates available for other content types, all certificate designs are offered for premium accounts and premium accounts cost $7.99 per month. But you can still design a certificate for free from scratch!

 

Creatopy

Like Crello, Bannersnack is also a popular web designer. There is not much difference in terms of using them, they are both simple and reliable. Unlike Crello, Bannersnack offers you a couple of free certificate templates to use while there are also premium templates. You can directly download your certificate design in PNG and JPG formats but other file formats like PDF are only offered for premium users. You can create up to 10 designs with a free account and premium plans cost from $7 to $36 per month.

Visme

Visme, unlike Creatopy and Crello, provides more free design elements while editing your certificate. It also offers a wide variety of design templates other than certificates just like the previous web design tools. Unfortunately, there are not many ready-to-use certificate templates available. High resolution and PDF download is only for premium accounts’ use but you can still download in PNG and JPG formats but the app adds its watermark to your designs. There are different paid account options for individuals and businesses from $14 to $75 per monthly use.

Venngage

Other than the other options Venngage provides a lot more of free certificate templates for your use. Venngage is also a web designer which you can, not only design certificates but also different types of art pieces. The most important difference of Venngage is that you can directly download your design in PDF format. Business and premium plans offer more design templates and icons and so on for $49 and $19 monthly.

Adobe Spark – Free

Like Canva, Adobe Spark is also a popular web designer. There is not much difference in terms of use they are both simple and reliable and you can export designs as PDF files on both platforms. There are 2 differences you need to consider while choosing between them:

The design templates are different and Canva has better templates for certificates. You can’t remove the Adobe Spark watermark in the free plan.

Photoshop

As you might have guessed, photoshop is one of the first options that comes to mind. But keep in mind, unless you already have Adobe Creative Cloud, it is not worth buying it just to create certificates. There are much better ways that allow you to create certificates for free.

Canva

Canva is the most popular web designer, and of course, it has some certificate templates for you to use and customize. Canva’s interface is user-friendly and you have the option to use it for free. Canva also gives you the option to file in PDF format.

How to Send Smart Certificates Using Sertifier?

1. Go to the web application via the “Sign In” button on the top of the main page.

2. Click “Send” after that click “Send New Certificate”.

Here you can see your previously sent certificates, scheduled certificates, and drafts.

3. Name your issue and click Create.

Name the issue so that you can remember it later. Certificate recipients don’t see this name.

4. Here you can see the 5 last steps to send your certificates. Firstly, click “Select Details”.

Details are the information that your smart certificates contain. You can either select one of the pre-existing details or create new details. Enter event type, course duration, evidence links, and other necessary information here.

5. Select design.

Use one of the designs you created before, or create a new one. If you need help, you can find the certificate design guide here.

6. As you have the details and the design of the certificate, you can add receivers.

Download the template .xls file and add the necessary receiver data. Once it is complete, you can upload the list.

7. Now your certificates are ready to send, if you want to, you can change the notification email language, and add custom text and subject to the email.

This feature is included in Premium and Premium+ plans.

8. See a preview and send your certificates. Make sure to check the “I reviewed the preview” box.

You can also schedule your certificates to be sent at a selected time.
