How to Send Certificates Online. Whether you run an education institution, are a Human Resources Manager, or an event organizer, you might need one common thing: certificates. Certificates are amazing tools to motivate participants and they are incredible useful.
If you are a little up to the changes in the world, you might already know why it is better to do certifications online and what future awaits the credentials. So, you are here to learn how to send those certificates online.
There are actually two ways that you can choose:
- You use multiple tools, one for designing and one for actually sending them
,or…
- You use one unified tool to deal with everything.
I’ll try to give you the best alternatives for both of them starting with the first one, still, you may find it much, much easy to check the second title “All-in-one Software”.
Design and send
Now, I must warn you though, this way is way too hard. However, for some reason, some still likes this, so here’s how you do it. First, you choose a designer tool:
-
Adobe Creative Cloud
Adobe software are some of to go-tos when it comes to designing anything. Some may find it better to use Photoshop & Illustrator or simply use the Sparks. Both allow you to create a template.
-
Canva
Adobe’s recent young rival, Canva has become a helper for those who do not fully understand how complicated design tools work. It is more user-friendly and used with drag-and-drop.
-
Visme
Visme is also a good competitor to those two I mentioned previously. It provides a good variety of design templates. However, you need to pay for your design to be high-resolution, so, the choice is yours.
For some other alternatives, here’s a quick link to that.
It’s all fun and games until here. You have created one template, but the worst part of this approach is to now create certificates for each of your receivers. This means changing that word box over and over.
The hardship does not stop there too. You will then have to send personal emails with the certificates attached to them. You may create a template of that email too but since you’ll have to change the attachment, it will still take time.
This is why I said this approach may be a little too much.
All-in-one Software
In this approach many of the alternatives I will list below allow you to choose a highly editable template or upload your own one for designing. Then the software asks for a list of receivers to create a series of certificates specially created for each individual. It also automatically sends them as e-mails to the receivers.
I will give you 3 alternatives here but for more you may check out this blog of ours.
-
SimpleCert
This certificate management application is designed to create custom certificates and templates for e-mail. It is a good tool if you would like to change from printing to digital, however compared to other alternatives, its benefits stop there.
-
