Preparation Step: Sertifier<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, you need to set up an account. Currently, only Premium and Premium+ account owners have access to an API Key. If you are not signed up yet, you can use this link.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now let’s design a certificate on\u00a0Sertifier<\/a><\/strong>. If you need a helping hand on that, check this\u00a0manual<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Integration On Zapier<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Open your Zapier account. On the main page, upper-left corner, you will see a \u201c+\u201d<\/strong> sign. When you hover over it, you will see \u201cMake a Zap\u201d<\/strong>, click that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Integration Step: Google Forms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the \u201cChoose App & Event\u201d<\/strong> section, write \u201cGoogle Forms\u201d<\/strong> on the search bar and click the icon that appears below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You should see \u201cSign in to Google Forms\u201d<\/strong> in a blue box. Click that and activate your Google Account on the pop-up window. This is necessary for Zapier to connect two applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to your form and create a new spreadsheet to save all the answers. In the \u201cCustomize Response\u201d<\/strong> section select the spreadsheet you created as the \u201cSpreadsheet\u201d<\/strong> and the file that your responses go as the \u201cWorksheet\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can skip the test by clicking the button in the right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Integration Step: Sertifier<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cDo this…\u201d part has a \u201cChoose App & Event\u201d<\/strong> section also. Type in the search box \u201cSertifier\u201d<\/strong> and click on our logo below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Extend the \u201cChoose Action Event\u201d<\/strong> menu and select the \u201cAdd & Publish Single Recipients\u201d<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now you need to select the \u201cChoose Account\u201d<\/strong> and type in your Sertifier API Key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will be matching the details of our certificates with our Google Forms answers in the \u201cAdd & Publish Single Recipients\u201d<\/strong> section. Here is an example:<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click \u201cContinue\u201d<\/strong> and skip the test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your Zap is ready! Now turn it on with the button below or on the top right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This setup will add a recipient automatically to every respondee<\/strong> of your form. To sending certificates just select your Draft<\/strong> in the Send<\/strong> dashboard and click send.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
